Team Robo: Another day at the fields

I never seem to get many pictures during practice except for these 2 of our future little baseball player so let's start with him. Practice is at 6:00 so Gage has just been picked up from daycare and is ready for dinner.

He made it on base and is ready to run to second. It's funny how some kids lose interest once they make it on base. It even happens in Keaton's game.

But Cort is serious about getting the run scored.

Cort usually plays pitcher or short stop and he has made a couple of great plays.

Back up to bat with a strong swing. (I really should walk around and takes some pictures from the other angle of my little lefty)

This time he was the 1st baseman. He actually caught the ball and got the out. It was sad to see the little T-ball opponent be sent to the bench. He started crying. There aren't many outs in T-Ball.

Although we don't focus on the score a lot in T-Ball, I believe Cort's team has either tied (There is a 5 run max each inning so each team usually scores 5 run each time at bat) each game or won. Definitely no losses.

Now for a little Gage intermission between games.

Trying to keep Gage out of the sun is difficult, but this day he enjoyed playing in his stroller with the seat reclined so he had more room. Right now especially I am trying to keep him out of the sun. He has had a rash on the right side of his body (yes, only on one side of his body) for the last 3 weeks. We finally found out it is Unilateral Laterothoracic Exanthem and there is no treatment. It will clear up on its own over a course of 6-8 weeks. We also had an episode of Impetigo in April. I am ready for his beautiful skin to clear up back to normal.

Keaton loves playing catcher. He is really good at it also. When his name is called for catcher he is very serious about it and tells Mark to come help him suit up. I think he likes wearing all the cool gear.
