2012 Portraits

I was late getting Gage's 2 year old pictures made.  We kept putting it off or having to reschedule.  When we had them made I have no intention of taking Christmas pictures, but it worked out that way.  I had, unknowingly, even dressed them in red and black.  So we used a few of these for our Christmas card.  Score.  Two birds-One stone!

The photographer had placed Keaton and Cort when Gage just walked up by himself and stood like Keaton.  We were all laughing.  Turned out to be one of my favorites!

He really wants to be just like his big brothers.

Celebrating 13 years

I can't forget to document our thirteenth wedding anniversary.  My parents were kind enough to babysit the boys so Mark and I could steal away for an overnight date.  Instead of spending too much time driving, we stayed right here in a beautiful suite at the Galleria's Westin Oaks Hotel. 

We always love getting away with each other alone on date nights.  And this time was especially a treat as we spoiled ourselves.  We had dinner reservations at McCormick and Schmidt's.  The following morning we had breakfast in a Galleria cafe and walked around exploring the shops.

Happy Anniversary to my wonderful husband of 13 years.  You make me so very happy and all my dreams come true.  I love you!

I'm tired of playing......

Keaton was also signed up to play machine pitch this season at the YMCA, but unfortunately they didn't get enough kids signed up to form 2 teams.  So Keaton took a rest (what's that?) for the season.  Not as many kids Keaton's age are playing through the YMCA but instead on actual Little League teams.  We have discussed many times getting Keaton in a league, but haven't made the commitment just yet.  Maybe Spring 2013.

Since Keaton had an off season in the fall, we decided to sign up for Flag football this winter.  (Rest......never any for the parents!) Keaton and Cort are currently playing flag football and loving it.  Both coached by Kurt Howard.  Pictures soon to come.  (If I can ever get caught up. I'm working on Christmas pictures next)
