Daddy and Son Outings



Mark took Keaton and Cort to their first Aggie baseball game at Blue Bell Park.

The night ended with a impromptu sleepover.  Ryan hit his head on the playground and required stitches.  So Luke, Kate, and Susan rode home with Mark and the boys and stayed the night since it was so late.

Monster Truck Jam!!

This was Keaton's 2nd year to go to Monster Truck Jam, but Cort's first time!!

B-17 Bomber



The Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress is a four-engine heavy bomber aircraft developed in the 1930s for the United States Army Air Corps.  The B-17 was primarily employed by the United States Army Air Forces in the daylight precision strategic bombing campaign of World War II against German industrial and military targets.

The G-model Flying Fortress at David Wayne Hooks Memorial Airport, where its new home is a hangar at the Tomball Jet Center.

The aircraft, which is owned by the Gulf Coast Wing of the Commemorative Air Force, has been undergoing restoration for eight years.



And the Hamilton/Roberson clan paid it a visit on February 18 as a tribute to Mark's Grandfather, Fred Hamilton

This plane was special in many ways as it not only symbolized a part of Grandfather's history, but his late wife's name was painted on the plane.  Of course, just coincidence.

Grandfather was navigator, which sits right behind the nose gunner, during World War II.

Hamilton/Roberson Family

This is how we ended the tour.  Gage broke out with whelps on his arms and hands.  It appeared he was having an allergic reaction to something.

So off to the doctor we go.  We gave him benedryl on the way and he was fine.  We don't know what caused it.  But it is never dull....
